COVID-19 Announcement

A neater Living Co, friends & Partners,
Your health and well being are our top priority. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our guests and employees safe during these uncertain times. We are extending a 40% discount to anyone who stays longer than 14 days. Our private spaces have plenty of room to work or study, and have key less entry which limits personal interaction.
We will maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness and provide additional training to our cleaning partners about appropriate disinfecting techniques. To increase social distancing, many gyms, roof top terraces and common areas may have limited or no access and local businesses may be closed.
We’re encouraging our entire community, including all of our guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices and asking any employee or partner who feels ill to stay home.
Given local mandates, we are focused on supporting only the most critical needs of our guests. All other requests may be delayed or denied. We are following social distancing practices and have instructed our teams to leave items outside of your door whenever possible.
An update to our cancellation policy: We’ve increased flexibility for all reservations and we will provide credits for the full value of the booking on cancellations made any time before arrival, no questions asked. Credits can be used towards future reservations and are valid for one year from the time of cancellation. If you booked on other sites, please reach out to them directly. We reserve the right to change properties if necessary due to the complications of COVID-19 and the impact it has had on our business. We trust all of our guests will understand our position however we will obviously take into full consideration the details of the original booking.
If you have questions about an upcoming booking, email us at aneaterlettingcompany@gmail.com. We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the World Health Organization and the British Center for Disease Control & Prevention. We’ll continue to respond based on their advice and will update you with any future developments.
Best,
Annie and the team
